At She's Got Leggz, we believe in using fashion as a force for good. Through various initiatives, we support charities, empower artists, and give back to communities in need. Every purchase you make helps us make a difference, creating a positive impact both locally and globally.

For The Cause

Our For The Cause Program sees that 15% of sales from our For the Cause pieces are donated quarterly to support all 12 of the charities chosen by our Customers and Stylists.

Since its debut, this program has raised over $20,000 for various Canadian organizations!

Leggz of Art

Our Leggz of Art program sees a Canadian artist's art chosen to become our print for that year. We support the artist with an honourarium and a social media marketing campaign to help them grow their confidence and following.

We also support a charity chosen by the artist with $1 from each pair of leggings sold.

World Vision

We have partnered with World Vision to help families worldwide in times of disaster by providing over $200,000 in clothing donations.

Chari-tees

We work with Chari-tees for our printed and embroidered products. Chari-Tees is a social enterprise of the Downtown Mission in Windsor, ON, dedicated to helping people overcome employment barriers and enter or re-enter the workforce.

All Chari-tees' sales go directly back to Downtown Mission, aiding thousands of hungry, homeless, and hurting men, women, youth, and families each year.

DSEF

She's Got Leggz CEO Donna Pinsonneault is a proud board member on the Direct Selling Education Foundation (DSEF) which is a not-for-profit organization established to promote public awareness of the direct selling industry in Canada and to serve the public interest through scholarship funding, educational programs, research into direct sales and micro enterprise, and the establishment of links with consumer, educational and government organizations.

Our Impact on the Environment

We're also strongly committed to minimizing our environmental impact. From working with suppliers to cut down on plastics to reusing materials and optimizing shipping, we’re constantly finding ways to make a difference and ensure a more sustainable future for our planet. Here are some of the most prominent steps we take.

Shipping in:

We work with our suppliers to minimize the number of plastic components in our packaging. We reduce the plastic bag use by a factor of up to 10 on the product we receive in. We love that difference. By packing 10 to a bag instead of individually bagged we make a profound impact on reducing plastics on our earth.

We have standardized our shipping box size that we receive product in for easier stacking and transport. We also work with our suppliers to minimize the thickness of the box, yet still keep it sturdy to save on weight, which reduces our carbon footprint on transport.

Shipping out:

We continually monitor advancements in the logistics world for cost effective packaging materials that will keep our products safe and clean on their way to you. Our review process takes into account not only the materials, but also the cost of getting those materials to us and the carbon footprint they create.

Keeping it Out of the Landfill:

It is important to us to keep our misprinted or miss-sewn items out of landfills. We have two solutions. We work with local seamstresses that help us create new products with the good material. Some of the great pieces we’ve created our our Christmas Stockings and our Reusable Bags. We also partnered with World Vision that sees our usable leggings and tops go to clothe families in emergency situations around the world. We are very proud to be a part of this mission in a time of need.
