She’s Got Leggz is a Canadian company that proudly designs all of our leggings. Our exclusive prints on our She’s Got Leggz leggings come in four size categories that fit most women’s body types from tiny to lusciously large. Our three kid’s sizes fit most children 2-14. Our leggings feature a yoga waistband for extra comfort in a buttery soft fabric. Our exclusive prints are limited editions – like wearable works of art – so get them before they’re gone! We operate online through shesgotleggz.ca or with one of our fabulous Independent Stylists for a more personalized shopping experience.

She’s Got Leggz leggings are designed in Canada by our amazing design team and manufactured overseas. We work very hard to create jobs, both locally and overseas, that empower women in safe environments.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY LEGGINGS?
Our design team recommends that your She’s Got Leggz leggings be hand-washed, or machine-washed as delicates, and hung to dry to keep them looking brand new!
HOW DO I BECOME A STYLIST FOR SHE'S GOT LEGGZ?

WHERE CAN I SHIP TO?
We ship anywhere in 🇨🇦 Canada and the 🇺🇸 United States!
We’ve established competitive rates for Canadian provinces and have various US shipping options available. To see our shipping rates, check out more questions below.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY AWESOME LEGGINGS?
Our goal is to get your great choices to you as fast as possible! It generally takes our warehouse team 2-3 business days to process your orders. After it leaves our warehouse, our shipping partners get your packages to you in as quick as 2 business days for urban areas close to us. Rural areas across Canada we usually see around 5-7. US locations usually see around 5-7.
When your shipment leaves our warehouse, you will receive your Tracking Number so you can keep a close eye on your precious cargo with the carrier.
Possible delays due to seasonal or holiday volumes, weather delays, or covid related issues may occur. Our shipping partners are committed to making your packages arrive as quickly as possible.
CUSTOMER LOCAL PICKUPS
We offer local order pickups for customers from our warehouse!
How It Works:
- Our Pick up Days are:
Tuesday 12pm - 6pm
Thursday 12 - 4pm
Friday 10am - 12pm
- Once you receive your Order is Ready Notification you will book your pick up appointment time through the calendar link in the email.
- When you arrive at the warehouse rear door simply ring the doorbell and let our staff know the order number and show your id.

- $10 FLAT RATE shipping in Ontario
- $11 FLAT RATE for the rest of the Canadian Provinces.
- $20 FLAT RATE for our Canadian Territories.

To our American friends – YES! We offer shipping to the US!
Our 🇺🇸 American Customers enjoy:
- CAD$11 flat rate shipping for all contiguous U.S. States
- CAD $25 FLAT RATE shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

PARTY SHIPPING
All orders placed in a party will be processed right after your order is completed. No more waiting for a party to close for your awesome choices to arrive to you! All regular customer shipping rates apply to party orders.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING
HOLIDAY SHIPPING is always a worry from Valentines, to Mother’s Day, to birthday gifts, to Black Friday, to Christmas shopping. We always make our best effort to ensure your packages are processed quickly in our warehouse so the couriers can get them to you as fast as possible. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. You will receive your tracking number once your shipment leaves our warehouse so you can keep a close eye on your precious cargo.
RETURNS
HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER
Once your order has been placed, it unfortunately cannot be changed or cancelled.

Of course we want you to LOVE your purchase, so we offer a 30 Day Guarantee! Items must be unworn and returned with tags still attached within 30 days of purchase. We offer refunds within 10 days of purchase, and credits up to 30 days. Refund or credit amount will be for the price paid plus tax.
With the fluid nature of our products, we can’t guarantee that a replacement product will still be available, but credits can be used on any of our awesome items. Due to the seasonality of our product, all sale items are final sale. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings and hair related items.
A Return Request is required for all returns. Please see our FAQ “How Do I Complete a Return Request”. Once approved, please include your ticket number with your returning items.
HOW DO I COMPLETE A CUSTOMER RETURN REQUEST?
If you purchased through an Independent Stylist: Please contact the Independent Stylist directly regarding returns.
If you purchased on the corporate site or if have any questions: Please use our CONTACT US form or email info@shesgotleggz.ca with your name, email address, phone number, order number, and reason for your return.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I COMPLETE A CUSTOMER RETURN REQUEST?
Your Return Request will be reviewed by our warehouse team and will advise you of next steps.
Possible outcomes:
1. We may need more information from you, so we’ll be in touch.
2. Sometimes, your request may be denied – don’t worry, we’ll break it to you gently.
3. Your Return Request is authorized – alright, let’s make this right! At this point you should mail it back to us and we will inspect it when we receive it. Any damaged, or untagged products are not eligible for returns. We cannot accept COD orders. Mail your items back, within 5-7 business days, with your authorized Return Request to:

Once all of the product and information necessary to process your request has been received and approved, we aim to have your credit processed within 5-7 business days.
HOLIDAY RETURNS
🎄We want your holidays to be filled with all things jolly & bright so we have extended our 30 Day Guarantee! Beginning November 1st and running until December 15, 2024, we will accept returns requests until Monday January 16, 2025. We will resume our 30 Day Guarantee for purchases made after December 15, 2024.
Items must be unworn and returned with the tags still attached. All sale items are final sale.
