Our leggings feature a yoga waistband for extra comfort with a buttery soft fabric. Our exclusive prints are limited editions - like wearable works of art - so get them before they run out! Q: Where Are My Leggings Made?
She’s Got Leggz leggings are designed in Canada by our amazing design team and manufactured overseas. We work very hard to create jobs, both locally and overseas, that empower women in safe environments.
Q: Where Can I Ship To?
You can find our latest shipping information on our SHIPPING page. We have established competitive rates for our Canadian Provinces, and have US Shipping options available. For our American friends your orders are processed in Canadian funds and your credit card will convert to your currency.
Q: How Long Does it Take to Receive My Awesome Leggings?
We aim to get your order to the delivery man within 24-48 business hours. Of course holiday seasons can add to that. We ship via Canada Post and UPS and if you have a registered account you will receive an email with tracking information. We typically see orders delivered in 2-4 business days from when they leave our warehouse. Orders placed during large sales or events such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Boxing Day and Sales days etc. may take longer to process.
Q: How Do I Care For My Leggings?
Our design team recommends that your She's Got Leggz leggings be hand-washed, or machine-washed as delicates, and hung to dry to keep them looking brand new!
Q: How Do I Become A Stylist for She's Got Leggz?
We would love to have you as a Stylist. She's Got Leggz offers 20%-30% commission on all direct sales, plus 20-50% personal discount on all products. Reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to find out more, or check out our "Join Us" page.
Q: How Do I Cancel or Change My Order?
Once your order has been place, unfortunately we can't change it. We can cancel it as long as it hasn't shipped out yet. Please contact our Customer Service Team, with your order number, at email@example.com as soon as possible, so we can assist you.
Q: Can I Return My Items If They Don't Fit?
Of course - we want you to LOVE your purchase! Items must be unworn and returned with tags still attached within 30 days of purchase. We offer refunds within 10 days of purchase, and credits up to 30 days. With the fluid nature of our products, we can't guarantee that a replacement product will still be available but credits can be used on any of our awesome items. Due to the seasonality of our product all sale items are final sale. For hygiene reasons we can not accept returns on earrings and hair related items. A Return Request must be completed for all returns.
Q: How Do I Complete a Customer Return Request?
If you purchased through an Independent Stylist:
Please contact the Independent Stylist directly regarding returns and exchanges.
If you purchased through the website as a registered customer:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Find your Orders tab.
3. Select the order & item you would like to return.
4. Click the Return button.
This will generate a Return Request form for you to complete. Please provide as much detail as you can on your Return Request, including pictures when appropriate, to help expedite the process.
If you purchased through the website as a guest:
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your Name, Email address, Phone Number and Order Number and Reason for your return. We will create an account to process your Return Request. You will receive your Return Request via email for you to include it with your return. You will be able to access your account at any time via your email address.
Q: What Happens After I Complete a Customer Return Request?
Your Return Request will be reviewed by our warehouse team and will advise you of next steps.
1. More information will be requested of you.
2. Your request could be denied - you will be notified of reasons why.
3. Your Return Request is Authorized. At this point you should mail it back to us and we will inspect it when we receive it. Any damaged, or untagged products are not eligible for returns. We can not accept COD orders. Mail your items back, within 5-7 business days, with your Authorized Return Request to:
