Q: Can I exchange my items if they don't fit?
A: For sure! Items must be unwashed & unworn and returned with any tags still intact within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges only, all sale items are final sale.

If you received an incorrect item, are missing an item, or received an item that was damaged, please email us at orders@shesgotleggz.ca so we can get it taken care of ASAP!

Q: How much is shipping & how long does shipping take? 
$6.95 flat rate shipping.
Free Shipping on orders over $100 (before tax) 
Note: Shipping times do not include the time it takes for your order to process and be packed in our warehouse. Typically, 24-48 hours but during holiday season & salesman take up to 5-7 days. All shipping times are based on business days, i.e.: orders placed on Friday will not ship until Monday regardless if priority shipping is selected. Orders placed during large sales or events such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Boxing Day and Sales etc. may take longer to process. 

Q: Something in my order is damaged.

Q: How do I cancel or change my order? 
To cancel or change your order, please contact our super helpful customer service at info@shesgotleggz.ca as soon as possible. Please note that if your order has been shipped you will not be able to cancel your order, but once your order arrives you may return it for a store credit.

Q: Why She’s Got Leggz?
She’s Got Leggz is proud to design and manufacture all of our leggings. Our exclusive She’s Got Leggz come in three sizes that fit most adults and three sizes to fit most children, and these sizes are exclusive to She’s Got Leggz. They feature the She’s Got Leggz famous yoga waistband. All exclusive prints are only sold through shesgotleggz.ca or with a certified local Independent Distributor/stylist or authorized retailer.
 
Q: Where are your leggings made?
She’s Got Leggz are designed in Canada by our AMAZING design team and manufactured overseas in China - currently the only location with the equipment necessary to create our magical kitten-soft poly-spandex blend. All She’s Got Leggz manufacturing facilities are toured yearly by our compliance team and all employees work in a safe, ethical environment and are paid living wages.  
 
Q: How do I care for my leggings?
Our design team recommends that She’s Got Leggz be hand-washed and hung to dry to keep them looking brand new! You can toss them in the washer on their own but make sure to hang them to dry.

Q: I want to be a Stylist and sell She’s Got Leggz. What do I need to do? 
We would love to have you as a Stylist. She’s Got Leggz offers 20%-30% commission on all direct sales, plus 20-50% personal discount on all products.
