Exchanges

If you purchased from a Stylist's personal stock, please contact them directly regarding exchanges.

We work really hard to make sure everyone is happy with their She’s Got Leggz products, and for this reason, we offer 30 days exchange policy on all products.

Please attach a picture for any defective or damaged item for SGL to review. If you are unhappy about your purchase because of the color or pattern you chose, KEEP THE TAGS ON.

Unfortunately, if you wore the item out, just plain don’t like them, or got scissor happy and cut all the tags off, we will be unable to offer an exchange. She’s Got Leggz does not cover the cost of the exchange shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or you were sent an incorrect item or size.

If you purchased from She’s Got Leggz Corporate, please mail your item back to the address below. Be certain to include your original packing slip (or a handwritten note is fine) detailing the reason for exchange. If your exchange is missing this information, it could delay the processing of your exchange. Once the item is received, we will issue a credit to your account within 7 business days.
